I have had the best service with Aschenbach! I purchased a GMC Terrain in October 2024 and returned January 2025 to purchase a 2025 GMC sierra! Cody Crigger was great! He answered all of our questions made sure we didn't need anything and the dealership has went out of their way both times to get the vehicle we wanted. Both times they traveled to NC to get a particular color us! Brandon in finance was very helpful as well! I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership and somehow I feel they forgot about my truck .When I I called after the first week they said they had the part but it was over another week before I called again and the truck was still not fixed.When I did get the truck back the horn does not work which is a safety issue and the key fob no longer works. They got paid when I picked up the truck but now I have to find someone to fix these new issues .

I had my GMC Truck serviced this week at the dealership. I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. I picked up my truck and paid the bill and went on with remainder of my afternoon. Later that evening, I was looking through the display messages and my oil showed 72% oil life, and my pressure was low on all my tires and since my truck is a 2500 the rear tires call for more tire pressure. It became clear to me that attention to detail was overlooked by the technician and if there was a final review of the services performed by anyone other than the technician as a quality control or approval process this was obviously not done. I have had service work performed here in the past and was satisfed, however I am completely unhappy and disappointed with the service I received this time.

Matt let me know about the ball joints on the front end and what the cost would be and asked my permission to continue and get started. Had A/C condensing unit replaced in November 2024. Warm day in March 2025 the A/C wasn’t working. Took truck to dealer in April and A/C problem was diagnosed as a bad condensing unit and quoted @ $1400 for the repair. After explaining that I had just recently paid for this exact repair, dealer said that the parts needed to be ordered. 3rd week of May 2025 after several uncomfortable trips and 4 plus calls to the dealership I finally get and appointment for the repair. Note that it is working now. I have done some research and the three tack welds on each side of the condensing unit seem to be a known issue. Aftermarket unit have a full seam weld. You’d think GM would correct this but likely not as they do last past the warranty period. If it fails again this summer I guess I will be driving a Dodge this fall.

When inspection time comes around, sometimes its a headache to figure out how to get everything fixed. They replaced my 2010 impala's front swaybar, bolts/screws/bushings, replaced my rear brake pads, aligned the wheels, reconditioned my headlights to practically look like new. The technicians were easy to ask questions to and the car drives tighter than it did the day I bought it used, its like the front end is new all over again. I'm so very happy with the service.

We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and the new tranny went out on the truck. The dealership towed our vehicle from the expressway to their location, helped us find a tow truck with a fifth wheel hitch to tow our 5th wheel to a campground, and helped us find a campground. They were excellent and took great care of us and were compassionate with our situation.
